“One of Europe’s oldest cities is new again” according to the New York Times, 52 Places to Go in 2019. The paper goes on to say it “has a vibe more Havana than Madrid.” Of course, everyone has their own opinion of a place but there is no doubt this gem on the south west coast of Spain is becoming more popular.
