The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Learn Spanish In” refer to Learn Spanish In, a registered business in the the town of Shanklin, Isle of Wight, England. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website.
This Website is provided to you based on the terms, conditions, and notices stated below (also known as the “Agreement”). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Please read the Agreement carefully. Please don not use our website if you don’t accept all of these terms and conditions. We regularly update our Website with new courses, accommodation, special offers and blog posts. We therefore reserve the right to change the Agreement without prior notice. Your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.

Separate terms and conditions related to each school will apply to your course and accommodation reservation. You will receive these during the booking process. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully.
You agree to abide by the terms & conditions of purchase imposed by any Spanish school with whom you choose to book. This includes but is not limited to, payment of all deposits and final fees, pre course tests & analysis as well as an agreement to rules regarding accommodation.
You agree that some third-party providers offer certain services and/or activities which may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or the activity they offer.
Furthermore, you agree that any violation of any school or accommodation rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation. In such circumstances, you be denied access to the applicable travel product or services or forfeit any fees already paid for such services. The school or accommodation supplier would be able to debit your account for any costsb incurred as a result of such violations.
International bank transfers and credit card payments can be processed by paying the Spanish school directly by paying through a secure payment portal company that the school is linked with. We will provide you with full instructions and support to complete such payments.
Payments may be made in pounds sterling or other currencies via the portal. The Spanish school will receive the final amount in the local currency. We will provide supprt throughout the payment process if required.
No payment is made to Learn Spanish In.
Payment timescale
No payment is required when submitting an enrolment form. Once you have received the invoice for the services you have reserved, you are required to;
Learn Spanish In believes in protecting your privacy that is compliant with GDPR. We only share your contact details with the Spanish school via the enrolment form. The form will only be sent to the school once you have decided to reserve a course. Your details will never be shared with any other party.
Furthermore, we will securely retain your contact details for 3 years. After this time, your details will be deleted. We may ask your express wrtiten permission to hold your details for longer just before our 3 year rule comes into effect. Please click here to review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our Learn Spanish In website.
We will always appreciate hearing from you. We would like you to be aware that we would ask your permission to share any comment on this Website, our social media platforms or newsletter. We would also ask your permission to use your name. We will not share your comments or your name without your written permission.

You agree that it is the Spanish school’s (and in some cases, the accommodation provider’s) responsibility to provide you with the Spanish course. Your contract is with the Spanish school (plus an accommodation provider in some cases). Our responsibility is to provide information on a range of programmes to meet your needs and preferences in accordance with our terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that the refund or non refund of tuition, registration fee, accommodation placement fee, accommodation and all other fees paid are subject to the terms and conditions of each school.
Your place on any course and accommodation is not finally confirmed until all fees have been fully paid and until Learn Spanish In and the Spanish school has confirmed availability and receipt of the full payment. Failure to pay in full at least four weeks prior to arrival may result in loss of your place. If your enquiry and subsequent booking is made within this 4 week period, full fees must be paid as soon as possible. Spanish schools and accommodation providers will not permit payment for the booked services on arrival or after arrival.
Cancellations
You may cancel your booking before arrival in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Spanish school (and in some cases the accommodation provider). Please do so electrobnic mail to Learn Spanish In. We will then forward your request within 24 hours to the Spanish school.. Cancellations after deadlines in the terms and conditions of the Spanish school (and in some cases the accommodation provider) may result in the loss of any fees paid.
You acknowledge that every effort is made to ensure the Spanish school (and in some cases the accommodation provider) have been provided with your correct details to ensure your booking is processed correctly. You are responsible for any omissions or errors in the details you have submitted on the enrolment form. We do however check all enrolment forms before final submission.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, Spanish schools (and in some cases the accommodation provider) do not permit changes or cancellations of reservations once completed, as indicated in the terms & conditions. In some cases such providers may charge for making a change. You agree to abide by the terms & conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid Spanish course reservations.
You agree that in the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the fees you paid.
Although most language travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others.
Leran Spanish In urges travellers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by their own Government prior to booking travel to international destinations.

Learn Spanish In advises you that your travel to a foreign destination is done so at your own risk. We are not liable to damages or losses that may result from the travel to such destinations. We strongly advise you have comprehensive travel insurance.

Learn Spanish In reserves the right to correct any errors on this website. In the event that you complete your reservation is pending, we will offer you the opportunity to maintain your reservation at the correct price or, if you prefer, cancel your reservation without penalty.
Spanish schools (and in some cases accommodation providers) may make a change to their published prices or improvements to their services any time.
Learn Spanish In is independent of the Spanish schools and their suppliers. We are employed by the schools or their providers.
We are not liable for the errors, omissions, breaches of negligence or any personal loss or injuries resulting from actions of the school or their providers.
We are not liable for and will not provide refunds for any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our direct control. We have no responsibility any delays, omissions, additional expenses or acts of government or authority.
If, despite the limitation above, Learn Spanish In or our associated Spanish schools or their providers are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then our liabilities will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the transaction fees assessed for your transactions on this Website, or (b) One-Hundred Pounds (£100.00).
